Rules of Visit & Booking

at «THE BANYA»

• A 50% deposit of the selected program’s cost is required to confirm your reservation.
• If your plans change (including group size), please notify us in advance.
• Deposits are refundable/transferable with 24-hour notice (refunds processed within 3 business days).
• No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking.

• Maximum 30-minute delay allowed.
• If late by more than 30 minutes, your session time will be shortened.
• If late by more than 1.5 hours, the program is canceled (applies to 4-hour programs).

• Follow the steam master’s instructions at all times.
• Do not enter the steam room or ice plunge without the steam master’s permission.
• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult in warm pools.
• All procedures are conducted by steam masters.

• Alcohol is not allowed.
• Smoking anywhere on the premises.

• Maximum 6 guests (including children).

• Under 12 – free
• Ages 12–15 – 50% discount
• 15+ – full price

• Visit 1–2 hours after eating for optimal comfort.
• We provide proper drinks & snacks during your session.
• Our programs are designed for relaxation & rejuvenation.

• Romantic meetings or groups larger than 6 people.
• Pets are not allowed.

• Failure to follow these rules may result in cancellation without refund.
