Service Agreement (Public Offer)
1. General Provisions
1.1. This public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") constitutes an official proposal by Limited Liability Company "THE BANYA" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"), addressed to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"), to enter into a contract for the provision of services listed on the website https://thebanya.ru/en under the terms specified herein.
1.2. This Agreement comes into effect upon its publication on the website and remains valid until revoked by the Service Provider.
1.3. By making a payment or submitting a booking request through the website, the Client accepts this Agreement in full.
2. Scope of Services
2.1. The Service Provider agrees to provide banya (sauna) services, including but not limited to steam room rentals, massage, and additional services, while the Client agrees to pay for these services according to the selected tariff.

3. Service Procedure
3.1. The Client may place an order via the website, phone, or any other agreed-upon method.
3.2. The Service Provider confirms the booking and coordinates service details with the Client.
3.3. Services are deemed properly rendered upon the Client’s use of the facilities or signing of a service completion form (if applicable).
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Payment is made in full in advance or as otherwise specified on the website.
4.2. Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, electronic payments, cash (upon agreement).
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
5.1. Cancellation and refund policies are outlined on the website.
5.2. If canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, the prepayment may be partially or fully retained.
6. Liability
6.1. The Service Provider is not liable for any damages caused by the Client’s failure to comply with banya safety rules.
6.2. The Client must follow all safety guidelines and rules set by the Service Provider.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this Agreement by posting an updated version on the website.
7.2. Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiations; unresolved disputes shall be settled in court at the Service Provider’s jurisdiction.
